Quando duas câmeras veem a mesma pessoa, ela vira um ponto só."People now" merges every camera onto a floor plan of the kitchen and follows each person across the floor, not camera by camera. When two cameras see the same person, they become one dot.
É uma estimativa: o erro típico de posição fica perto de meio metro, às vezes mais. Às vezes alguém conta duas vezes, e quem está encoberto pode não aparecer.It's an estimate: the typical position error is about half a meter, sometimes more. Sometimes a person is counted twice, and someone out of view may not show up.

When the camera covers too little of the shift, the number stays blank, with the reason. It never shows up as zero.

Uma revisão automática confere o dia anterior, procura erros que se repetem, como um objeto que o detector confunde com gente, e escreve um relatório. O detector treina toda noite. A versão nova só entra se acertar mais nas fotos conferidas à mão.An automated review checks the previous day, hunts for errors that keep repeating, like an object the detector mistakes for a person, and writes a report. The detector trains every night, and a new version only goes live if it scores better on the hand-checked photos.
Entra sozinho só o ajuste pequeno, testado e que melhora o número. Mudança de regra vira proposta, e você aprova ou não.Only small, tested changes that improve the number go in on their own. Rule changes become proposals, and you approve them or not.

O portal mostra uma miniatura do dia de cada número e a foto de cada ocorrência (sem touca, celular, comendo) por 14 dias, e quem conhece a equipe reconhece as pessoas. Para conferir o turno, amostras dos quadros, sem pixelar, vão a um modelo de Machine Learning de terceiros, na nuvem. O histórico guarda só números. A equipe precisa saber que a cozinha é filmada e como as imagens são usadas: no Momô, todos assinaram autorização.Not by name and not by facial recognition: the system doesn't know who is who, and each person becomes a number that is only valid for that day. But these are images of your kitchen. The portal shows a daily thumbnail of each number and a photo of each occurrence (no hair cover, phone, eating) for 14 days, and anyone who knows the team will recognize people. To check the shift, samples of unpixelated frames go to a third-party cloud machine learning model. The history keeps numbers only. Your team needs to know the kitchen is filmed and how the images are used: at Momô, everyone signed a consent form.
